Nano Brows Before and After: Real Results at KRIDO Wellness

Nano brows create natural, hair-like strokes that fill in sparse areas and define your shape. See real before and after results from KRIDO clients.

What Nano Brows Look Like: Before and After

Nano brows before and after photos show how fine, hair-like strokes fill in sparse areas, define shape, and create a natural, feathered look. Unlike powder or ombré brows, which create a soft shaded finish, nano brows mimic individual hairs. Each stroke is placed by hand using a single-needle tattoo machine, so the result looks crisp and dimensional, not flat or drawn-on.

The technique works for women with little to no brow hair, patchy regrowth, or uneven shape. The pigment is placed in the upper layers of the skin and commonly lasts 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

What Changes After Your First Nano Brows Session

Most clients see a change after one session. The brows appear fuller and more defined immediately, though the color will look darker at first. Over the next 7 to 14 days, the pigment softens and settles into its true shade. The treated area may flake lightly as it heals. Avoid picking, sweating heavily, or getting the area wet during this time for the best results.

A touch-up is scheduled 5 to 6 weeks after the main session. It allows Amber, our permanent makeup expert, to perfect the shape, fill in any areas where pigment did not fully retain, and make sure you are completely happy with the result. Some clients need a neutralization first, so one or more extra touch-up sessions may be required. Amber confirms your session plan and final quote at the consultation.

How Nano Brows Compare to Powder and Combo Brows

Nano brows are one of three techniques KRIDO offers. Powder brows create a soft, shaded look similar to makeup. Combo brows layer hair strokes with shading for both definition and fullness. Nano brows use only strokes, no shading, so the effect is the most natural and hair-like.

Amber assesses your natural brows, skin, and face shape at your consultation and maps your ideal brow shape. You choose the technique together. Nano brows are $697. Powder or ombré brows are $497. Combo brows are $597. The final quote, including your touch-up plan, is confirmed at the consultation.

What to Expect at Your Nano Brows Consultation

Your consultation is with Amber, the permanent makeup artist who will perform the work. She looks at your skin, your features, and what you want, does the mapping if needed, and quotes your price based on the technique you choose together and the number of sessions you will need.

Once you book, the studio calls you to confirm: just the consultation, or a treatment too. A card is required to hold your appointment. Permanent makeup appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit applied to your treatment.

Clients must be 18 years or older. Amber reviews your health history during the intake. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking certain medications, or have active skin infections or open wounds in the treatment area, permanent makeup may not be suitable. The team will walk you through everything at the consultation.

I had a consultation at Krido Wellness and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Kristina, the owner, sat down with me beforehand to really talk through what I was looking for. She was so kind, thoughtful, and clearly knows her craft. I felt completely comfortable and confident walking out of there. I’m already booked to come back at the end of the month for permanent makeup and couldn’t be more excited. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who genuinely listens and cares about getting it right.

5/5 Stars. KRIDO Wellness is awesome. I’d recommend them for facials, fat reduction/skin tightening for your body or face, and even permanent make up. Kristina, the owner, is absolutely incredible and truly cares so much about KRIDO, her team, and her clients. Both women and men would be happy they checked out KRIDO Wellness in Downtown St Pete.

How Long Nano Brows Last and When to Refresh

Nano brows typically last 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Oily skin may fade faster. Sun exposure and skincare with exfoliating acids can also lighten the pigment over time.

Annual refreshers are recommended to keep the color vibrant. Results vary by individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Nano Brows Aftercare: What Not to Do While You Heal

As your skin heals over 7 to 14 days, the color will soften and settle into its true shade. The treated area may appear slightly darker or more intense in the first few days, which is completely normal.

Avoid picking at the area, sweating heavily, or getting the brows wet. Skip saunas, swimming, and heavy workouts. Avoid alcohol, blood thinners like aspirin or fish oil, and excessive sun exposure for at least 48 hours before your appointment.

A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure to keep you comfortable throughout. Most clients describe the sensation as light pressure or a mild scratching feeling.

Frequently asked questions

Do nano brows look natural right away?

The brows look fuller and defined immediately, but the color appears darker at first. Over 7 to 14 days, the pigment softens and settles into its true shade as your skin heals. The hair-like strokes become more natural-looking once healed.

How many sessions do nano brows take?

Most clients need one main session and one touch-up, usually 5 to 6 weeks later. In some cases a neutralization is needed first, so one or more extra sessions may be required. Amber confirms your session plan at the consultation.

What is the difference between nano brows and microblading?

Both create hair-like strokes, but nano brows use a single-needle tattoo machine while microblading uses a manual blade. Nano brows tend to heal with crisper, more consistent strokes and often last longer. The technique and pigment are different.

Can I see before and after photos before I book?

Yes. KRIDO’s before and after gallery shows real nano brows results from clients. Every photo is unretouched. You can also see healed results and close-ups on Instagram at @kridowellness or during your consultation with Amber.

How long does it take for nano brows to heal?

The treated area heals in 7 to 14 days. Avoid picking, sweating heavily, or getting the brows wet during this time. Skip saunas, swimming, and heavy workouts. The color will soften and settle as your skin heals.
