Cryo sculpting at KRIDO
Cryoskin vs CoolSculpting
Both use cold. The difference is what you get: progress you can measure from your first visit, firmer skin as you slim, and no recovery time.
At KRIDO we use the Cryoskin Dynamic, made in France by Cryoskin Paris. Your specialist moves a temperature-controlled handpiece over the area with a massage technique. On the body it goes warm, then cold, then warm again. On the face it is cold only. There is no suction and nothing invasive.

Face sculpting

- No downtimeGo straight back to work, or out to dinner, the same day.
- Very safeTrusted worldwide since 2013: more than 5,000 Cryoskin devices in over 50 countries, from five-star hotels and luxury spas to international cruise lines.
- Slim and lift at the same timeA dual benefit: reduces a double chin and firms the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. CoolSculpting only reduces fat under the chin.
Individual results vary.
To be fair: CoolSculpting is FDA-cleared and works well for some people. If you want a medical treatment and are happy to wait 2 to 3 months for the result, it may suit you. If you want to see progress from your first visit and firm the skin as you slim, that is what we do.

The research
Read it for yourself. We say plainly what each source is: most published research is on cold-based fat reduction in general, and the Cryoskin-specific study was run by the manufacturer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Cryoskin the same as CoolSculpting?
No. Both use cold, but CoolSculpting clamps the area in a suction cup for up to an hour, and the final result takes 2 to 3 months to show. Cryoskin is a hands-on massage with a temperature-controlled handpiece. We measure you before and after every session, it also firms the skin, and you go straight back to your day.
Is Cryoskin FDA-cleared?
No. Cryoskin is a cosmetic aesthetic device made in France and CE certified in Europe. It is not FDA-cleared. CoolSculpting is FDA-cleared.
What does a session feel like?
On the body you feel warmth, then strong cold, then warmth again, while your specialist keeps the handpiece moving. On the face it is cold only. There is no suction or pinching.
How many sessions will I need?
Most plans are a series of 5 to 10 sessions. Your specialist measures you and builds your plan at your consultation.
