Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

A card on file holds your appointment. Nothing is charged unless an appointment is cancelled late or missed. A late change means cancelling or rescheduling inside the required notice period. By booking you agree to this policy.

Cancellations and no-shows

• Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. Permanent makeup and paramedical appointments need 48 hours.
• Late changes within 24 hours are $50. No-shows are charged 100% of the service. Arriving 15 or more minutes late is treated as a no-show, as there is no longer time to complete the service safely.
• Prepaid package sessions: late changes are $50 and no-shows are deducted from your package.
• Permanent makeup and paramedical treatment appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit applied to your treatment. The deposit can be moved once with 48 hours notice. Late changes within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
• Appointments booked inside the 24 or 48 hour window are covered by this policy from the time of booking.
• Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before rebooking.
• If KRIDO cancels or reschedules your appointment, you are not charged and do not lose a deposit or package session.
• Complimentary consultations: $50 late cancel or no-show fee.
• After two late cancellations or no-shows in 12 months, appointments must be prepaid.

Packages

• Packages are valid 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable.
• Package sessions must be used on the recommended treatment schedule to achieve results.
• If a package is stopped early, sessions already completed are re-rated at the single session price in effect when the package was purchased. Any remaining paid value becomes KRIDO account credit for other services or retail products. Package discounts do not apply to partial packages.

Refunds

• All completed services are non-refundable. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable. Unused package value may be converted to account credit as described above.
• Refunds are considered only for documented medical conditions that prevent treatment, with management approval.
• Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused, with receipt.

How we track your results

We measure and photograph every body sculpting session so you can see your progress in numbers. Results depend on following the recommended schedule and pre and post care protocol.
