These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://www.kridowellness.com (the "Site") and the services provided by KRIDO Wellness LLC ("KRIDO Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"), including cryotherapy body and face sculpting, permanent makeup, scar treatment, fine line tattoos, and related wellness services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or book an appointment. By using the Site or our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. OUR SERVICES

KRIDO Wellness provides non-medical aesthetic and wellness services, including:

• Cryotherapy body sculpting
• Cryotherapy face sculpting
• Permanent makeup (brows, lips, eyeliner, beauty marks)
• Scar treatment
• Fine line tattoos
• Wellness packages combining the above

Our Services are cosmetic and wellness services. They are not medical treatments, and nothing on the Site or communicated by our staff constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or before beginning any new wellness treatment.

3. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Booking. Appointments may be booked through our Site, by phone, or through our booking platform. Certain services require a consultation before booking.

Cancellations & rescheduling. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least [24 / 48] hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or failure to attend your appointment ("no-show"), may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals. If you arrive more than [15] minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, and applicable fees may apply.

4. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

Pricing. Prices for Services are listed on the Site or provided during consultation and are subject to change. The price confirmed at booking applies to your appointment.

Deposits. Certain services — including permanent makeup and packages — may require a non-refundable deposit at booking. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. [Adjust to your actual deposit policy.]

Packages. Wellness packages are pre-paid for a set number of sessions. Package sessions must be used within [6 / 12] months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Packages are non-transferable.

Refunds. Because our Services are personal services rendered in person, completed services are non-refundable. Unused package sessions may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion, minus any deposit and sessions already used. [Adjust to your actual refund policy.]

5. HEALTH DISCLAIMERS & INFORMED CONSENT

Before receiving Services, you will be asked to complete an intake form and consent form disclosing relevant health information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Cryotherapy and other Services may not be suitable for everyone. Conditions that may make Services inappropriate include, without limitation: pregnancy or breastfeeding, cold sensitivity disorders (such as Raynaud's), cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, active skin infections or open wounds in the treatment area, certain medications, and other conditions identified in our intake process.

You are responsible for consulting your physician before receiving Services if you have any medical condition, take medication, or are unsure whether a Service is appropriate for you. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services if we believe they may not be safe for you.

6. PERMANENT MAKEUP & TATTOO SERVICES

Permanent makeup, scar camouflage, and fine line tattoo services involve implanting pigment into the skin. By receiving these Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Results are semi-permanent to permanent and vary by individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare
• Color, retention, and healed results cannot be guaranteed and may require touch-up sessions (which may be charged separately)
• Some redness, swelling, tenderness, and color changes during healing are normal
• You must follow the aftercare instructions provided; failure to do so may affect your results
• You will disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or prior reactions to pigments or numbing agents during your consultation
• A patch test may be offered or required prior to service

7. RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Individual results from all Services — including cryotherapy sculpting, permanent makeup, and scar treatment — vary based on factors such as skin type, body composition, age, lifestyle, aftercare, and number of sessions. Any photos, testimonials, or descriptions on the Site illustrate possible outcomes and are not a promise of your specific results.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health and contact information
• Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Inform us of any changes in your health prior to each session
• Treat our staff and premises with respect

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, provides false health information, or for whom we believe the Services are not suitable.

9. SMS & COMMUNICATIONS

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from us, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. PHOTOS & MEDIA

With your separate written consent, we may take before-and-after photos of your treatment area for your client record and, if you agree, for our portfolio and marketing (website, social media). You may decline marketing use, and declining will never affect your Services. Photo use is governed by the consent form you sign, not by these Terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of KRIDO Wellness LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

12. PROHIBITED USES OF THE SITE

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRIDO Wellness LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KRIDO Wellness LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your provision of false or incomplete health information.

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
