KRIDO Memberships

• Beauty Bank, $99 per month: 20 points each month to use on any KRIDO treatment or Circadia product. 10% member pricing on all other services.
• Glow, $135 per month: one facial each month, any facial up to $150, plus one complimentary add-on of your choice with your monthly facial. 10% member pricing on all other services and Circadia products. Microneedling is not included and is available at member pricing. Glow does not include points.
• Sculpt, $199 per month: one sculpting session each month, Cryo Face or one body area. 15% member pricing on all other services and Circadia products. Sculpt does not include points.

• Memberships are billed monthly on the same date you joined, using the card on file.
• Your first payment is charged when you join. Your benefits are available the same day.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
• If a payment fails, membership benefits are paused until payment is updated.

• Beauty Bank and Glow have a 6 month minimum.
• Sculpt has a 10 month minimum.
• After the minimum, your membership continues month to month until you cancel.

• After your minimum term, you can cancel any time before your next billing date. Your benefits stay active until that date.
• To cancel, contact us by phone, text or email before your next billing date.
• Cancelling before your minimum term requires an early cancellation fee equal to one monthly payment: Beauty Bank $99, Glow $135, Sculpt $199. This fee is charged to the card on file.
• Membership payments are non-refundable.

• Points are added to your account each month on your billing date.
• Points can be used on any KRIDO treatment or Circadia product.
• If a service needs more points than you have, you can keep building points or pay the difference.
• Unused points roll over as long as your membership is active.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

• Glow includes one complimentary add-on of your choice each month when you book your facial.
• Unused complimentary add-ons roll over as long as your membership is active. They have no cash value.

• Glow includes one facial each month, any facial up to $150.
• Unused Glow facials roll over as long as your membership is active.
• Sculpt includes one sculpting session each month: Cryo Face or one body area.
• Your first session is available the day you join.
• Unused sessions roll over as long as your membership is active.
• Unused included facials and sessions can be gifted to someone else. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Member pricing applies to services and products paid for separately, not to services paid with points or included sessions.
• Member pricing applies only while your membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotions.

• Large point balances and rolled over sessions are booked subject to availability.
• Cryotherapy is limited to 2 sessions per month, including your Sculpt session.
• All treatments are subject to a consultation and your provider’s assessment. Our standard appointment cancellation policy applies to member appointments: Booking & Cancellation Policy.

• You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year at no cost.
• Let us know before your next billing date. Billing and benefits pause during the freeze, and your minimum term is extended by the length of the freeze.

• Any remaining points and unused sessions are removed after your final billing period.
• Member pricing ends on the same date.

• Refer a friend who becomes a member and we add 10 points to your account (Beauty Bank).
• Tell us it’s your birthday month and we add 5 points (Beauty Bank).

KRIDO Wellness may update these terms or membership pricing with 30 days written notice.
