What Changes the Price

The treatment area determines what you pay. Arms, underarms, abdomen, flanks, glutes and breast sculpting are each $299 per session. If you treat multiple areas in one visit, each area is billed separately.

Three sessions offer subtle refinement, 5 sessions create visible change, and 10 sessions deliver the most consistent, long-term results. Your consultation includes measurements, so your plan is built on where you are and where you want to be.

Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be transferred. Sessions must be used on the recommended schedule to achieve results.

What a Session Includes

Every body sculpting session at KRIDO follows a three-stage protocol. First, we take measurements so progress is tracked in inches, not guesswork. Then we perform the cryo treatment, using controlled cooling to help reduce pinchable fat in the treated area. The session ends with red light therapy (research suggests red light may support collagen), followed by lymphatic drainage massage.

On average, clients see a reduction of 0.5 to 1 inch in the first session. Results vary based on the treatment area, the number of sessions and individual response.

Body Contouring Packages

A single session lets you try the treatment before committing to a series. The 5-pack saves you $195 and covers the number of sessions where most clients see visible change. The 10-pack saves you $690 and is recommended for clients who want deeper fat reduction, improved skin firmness and more refined, consistent results.

Packages are the most cost-effective way to complete a full treatment course. If a package is stopped early, sessions already completed are re-rated at the single session price in effect when the package was purchased. Any remaining paid value becomes account credit for other services or retail products at KRIDO.

How Body Contouring Compares to Other Options

Body contouring at KRIDO is non-invasive body sculpting, not weight loss. It focuses on shape, inches and skin quality in targeted areas like the abdomen, arms, flanks and glutes. Your consultation is with the specialist who performs your treatments. We measure and assess your treatment area, answer your questions, and build a session plan based on your goals. Then we do your first body sculpting session, so you leave with a baseline measurement and a clear sense of what the treatment feels like.

You pay for the session, starting at $299. A card holds your appointment.

For best results, we recommend avoiding sugars and highly processed fats for at least 2 hours before your session, and avoiding sugars and refined carbohydrates for 2 hours after. This is KRIDO’s studio guidance based on what works well with our protocol. Light movement like walking or gentle exercise after your session is recommended.
