Cellulite Treatment Cost in St. Petersburg, FL
Cellulite treatment at KRIDO Wellness starts at $299 per session. We use cryo toning, red light therapy and lymphatic drainage to improve skin firmness and texture with no downtime.
What Does Cellulite Treatment Cost at KRIDO Wellness?
Cellulite treatment at KRIDO Wellness starts at $299 per session. Most clients see their best results over a course of 5 to 10 sessions. A 5-pack is $1,300 ($260 per session), and a 10-pack is $2,300 ($230 per session). Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Each session takes about an hour and includes Cryo Body Sculpting, red light therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. You return to your day with no downtime.
Your esthetician chooses the technique at your consultation: a slimming approach for stubborn fat, a toning approach for skin tightening and the look of cellulite, or both. Either way, you book Cryo Body Sculpting.
Cryo Body Sculpting is designed to reduce stubborn fat. In a small study by the device maker, ultrasound showed fat thickness dropped by about 19% on average after a course of treatment. Results vary from person to person.
How Cellulite Treatment Works at KRIDO
Cellulite comes from the structure of fat and connective tissue bands beneath the skin, along with hormones, genetics and skin thickness, creating a dimpled texture. Cryo Body Sculpting uses controlled cooling applied to the skin. Many clients notice firmer, smoother-looking skin over a series of sessions.

Other options for cellulite include topical creams, massage tools, laser treatments and, for more invasive approaches, procedures like Cellfina or subcision. Talk to a medical provider if you want to explore surgical or injectable options. At KRIDO, the approach is non-invasive and cosmetic.

What Happens During a Cellulite Treatment Session
You start with a consultation where we look at your goals and the areas you want to treat. Common treatment areas include thighs, arms, stomach and buttocks.
Each session follows the same three-stage sequence:
- Cryo Body Sculpting: controlled cooling applied to the skin.
- Red light therapy: research suggests red light may support collagen and skin texture.
- Lymphatic drainage massage: manual techniques that can temporarily reduce puffiness and fluid.
You feel alternating warmth and cooling during the treatment. Most clients find it relaxing. There is no downtime. You may look flushed right after, but you can return to your normal routine immediately.
How Many Sessions You Need
Many clients notice tighter, smoother skin after one session. Results build with each treatment. For noticeable, lasting improvement, we typically recommend 5 to 10 sessions.
You start with at least 3 sessions for subtle refinement. Five sessions give visible change. Ten sessions deliver the most refined, consistent results.
Your plan is personalized at your consultation based on your skin, the treatment area and your goals.
What Changes the Cost
The number of sessions is the main factor. A single session is $299. A 5-pack brings the per-session cost to $260. A 10-pack brings it to $230.
The treatment area also matters. Each body area (thighs, arms, stomach, buttocks) is priced the same per session, but some clients treat multiple areas over the course of their plan.
Packages are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable. Sessions must be used on the recommended treatment schedule to get the results you want.
Planning to come in regularly? Our Sculpt membership is $199 a month for one body sculpting session every month (regularly $299), with unused sessions rolling over and 15% member pricing on other services.

Before and After Your Session
No special preparation is required. We ask you to avoid sugars and highly processed fats for at least 2 hours before your session, and sugars and refined carbohydrates for 2 hours after as part of our treatment protocol.
After your session, light movement like walking or gentle exercise is encouraged.
There is no downtime. You can return to work, errands or exercise immediately.
Cellulite Treatment vs. Other Body Sculpting Options
Cryo Body Sculpting (often searched as “cryo slimming”) for cellulite is not the same as Cryo Body Sculpting for fat reduction. Toning focuses on skin firmness, elasticity and texture. Slimming targets stubborn fat in specific areas. Some clients do both, treating different areas or alternating between sessions.
Cellulite creams and massage tools may temporarily improve texture, but results are short-lived. Laser treatments like Cellulaze or radio-frequency devices like Velashape offer longer-lasting results but at a higher cost and with more sessions required.
Cryo Body Sculpting sits in the middle: non-invasive, no downtime, and results that build over a series of affordable sessions. It works for clients who want visible improvement without surgery or injections.
