Skin Tightening Cost in St. Petersburg: What to Expect at KRIDO Wellness
Body skin tightening at KRIDO Wellness starts at $299 per session. Each visit includes cryo treatment, red light therapy and lymphatic drainage, with no downtime.
How Much Does Skin Tightening Cost?
Body skin tightening at KRIDO Wellness starts at $299 per session. That price includes the full protocol: cryo treatment on the area you choose, red light therapy and lymphatic drainage massage. The session takes about an hour. You walk out the same day with no downtime.
Most clients start with at least 3 sessions to see visible change. Many follow a course of 5 to 10 sessions for deeper firming and more refined, lasting results. We offer packages that lower the per-session price: a 5-pack is $1,300 ($260 each) and a 10-pack is $2,300 ($230 each).
Packages are valid for 12 months and must be used on the recommended treatment schedule. Your plan is set at your consultation based on what you want to change.
What Changes the Cost
You pay per area treated. Common areas include the abdomen, arms, underarms, thighs, glutes and chest. Each area is $299 per session.
The number of sessions you need depends on your starting point and your goal. For subtle refinement, 3 sessions may be enough. For visible contour change and tighter skin, 5 to 10 sessions are typical. We measure at every visit so progress is tracked in inches, not guesswork.
If you book a package, the per-session price drops. A 5-pack saves you $195 total. A 10-pack saves you $690.
Planning to come in regularly? Our Sculpt membership is $199 a month for one body sculpting session every month (regularly $299), with unused sessions rolling over and 15% member pricing on other services.

What a Skin Tightening Session Includes
You start with measurements. We record the treated area in inches so you can see real progress over time.
Then the cryo treatment. Controlled cooling is applied to the skin in a treatment designed to help reduce stubborn fat and support skin firmness. The treatment alternates warmth and cold. Most clients find it comfortable and relaxing.
Next, red light therapy. This step uses specific wavelengths that research suggests may support collagen production and skin quality. It helps maximize the results of the cooling phase.
Finally, manual lymphatic drainage massage. This may temporarily reduce fluid retention and support smoother contours.
The full sequence takes about an hour. You return to your normal routine right after.
Other Options for Loose Skin
If you are considering options beyond non-invasive treatments, a few paths exist.
Surgical skin removal (abdominoplasty, arm lift, thigh lift) physically removes excess skin. Recovery takes weeks and results are immediate and permanent. Talk to a board-certified plastic surgeon.
Radiofrequency and ultrasound devices (like Thermage or Ultherapy) heat deep tissue layers to stimulate collagen. They require no incisions and have minimal downtime. Results appear over several months. Ask a medical provider or medical spa.
Laser skin resurfacing (fractional CO2, erbium) removes damaged outer layers and triggers new collagen. Best for surface texture and mild laxity. Downtime is a few days to two weeks. Offered by dermatologists and medical spas.
Injectable bio-stimulators (like Sculptra or Radiesse) are placed under the skin to trigger collagen growth over time. Results are subtle and gradual. A medical provider administers them.
Cryo Body Sculpting at KRIDO fits clients who want non-invasive firming with no recovery time. It works on areas that do not respond well to diet or exercise. It refines shape and improves skin quality without surgery, needles or significant downtime.
Your esthetician chooses the technique at your consultation: a slimming approach for stubborn fat, a toning approach for skin tightening and the look of cellulite, or both. Either way, you book Cryo Body Sculpting.
Cryo Body Sculpting is designed to reduce stubborn fat. In a small study by the device maker, ultrasound showed fat thickness dropped by about 19% on average after a course of treatment. Results vary from person to person.
What to Expect at Your Visit
Your first visit starts with a consultation. We look at the area, discuss what you want to change and take baseline measurements. Then we perform your first session.
Before the appointment, we ask you to avoid sugars and highly processed fats for at least 2 hours.
During the session you feel alternating warmth and cooling on the skin. Most clients describe it as tolerable and relaxing. Some notice a cooling sensation for a few hours after, though it does not interfere with daily activities.
After the session, we ask you to avoid sugars and refined carbohydrates for 2 hours. Light movement like walking or gentle exercise is encouraged.
Many clients notice tighter, smoother skin after the first session. Results build with each treatment. Progress is measured at every visit so you see the change in numbers, not just the mirror.

Individual results vary. Photos are of real KRIDO Wellness clients and are not retouched.
After debating for a few years to book a treatment like abdominal cryotherapy, I am so unbelievably happy that I chose KRIDO and Amber! She is so informational, trustworthy and talented. My results are everything I hoped for & I will absolutely be back for more.
